Stella Maris would like to extend their thanks to Peel Ports for their kind sponsorship of a container which facilitates storage of their boats. Due to the extra storage that this new container provides, the club’s junior members now have additional space and can train safely in the club gym.

Pictured: This plaque was erected in loving memory of all the deceased residents of Whelan House and their families.
Donald Brindley has since been in touch to identify 9 and 11 as the Maguire brothers (perhaps you can give us their Christian names?) and 12 as Donald Keoghan. Number 10 is still to be identified, so if you can name the young man please get in touch. Thanks also to Charles Lysaght who has identified the priest with glasses as Father O’Flynn, the other priest as Canon Flanagan and the third adult as Kevin Quinn.
