A new restaurant from Karl Whelan announced to open at Bolands Mills

The final lettings have been announced at the historic landmark, Bolands Mills, the much-anticipated mixed-use destination made possible by Google.

An exciting mix of independent, locally born businesses have signed up to join the Bolands Mills community, spanning food and drink, wellness and beauty.

The Hot Box Sauna and Marée, a new restaurant from Karl Whelan, will join The Animal Collective, Barrow Street Bakery, Don’t Kill My Vibe, Grindstone, and Reformation occupying the retail units at Bolands Mills, rounding out an eclectic range of experiences all in one unique dockside destination.

The retailers at Bolands Mills will open on a phased basis over the coming months.
