Well done Joe Hallam on your fantastic exhibition in the Fair-Play Café from Dec/Jan. Joe is the 8th artist to exhibit and he’s currently studying art at the National Learning Network in Stillorgan. Joe has been painting from a young age and despite the challenges of being a person with Down Syndrome, he wants to continue to learn to become a better artist.
