Since February 19th SPORTSCO Swim Academy has transitioned its management and operations of the Swimming Lesson programme to The Leisure Experts (TLE), a leading provider of leisure management solutions across Ireland, UK and Europe. This transition represents a significant milestone in our commitment to providing you with the best possible services and opportunities.
What does this mean for you?
It means you can expect enhanced access, with a wider range of swimming lessons and a tailored programme available from birth to accommodate your schedule. Whether you’re a beginner aiming to boost water confidence or an experienced swimmer seeking new challenges, TLE’s bespoke programmes are designed to enrich your swimming experience and speed up your progress.
With innovative teaching methods that focus on developing essential skills and techniques, it will ensure a strong foundation for long-term success in the water.
Focused lesson times and small groups
All lessons will transition to a 30-minute duration with no more than 8 to 10 swimmers per class. The 30-minute duration aligns with research into optimal learning time for children – ensuring a more focused lesson with improved and higher quality performance over shorter distances, resulting in more robust learning that can be transferred to other aquatic environments.
Customer experience
TLE are excited to introduce several new features and services that will streamline your experience at SPORTSCO Swim Academy.
Online Booking and Payment: Say goodbye to waiting in line or making phone calls to book lessons! The online booking system will allow you to book lessons and make secure payments from the comfort of your own home.
Online Progress Reports: Keep track of progress and achievements through the portal, with personalised progress reports. Accessible anytime, anywhere, these reports provide valuable insights, helping to set and achieve aquatic goals.
Continuous Progress Programme: Offering a continuous programme means that as soon as a swimmer is ready to advance to the next level, they will be offered a space (subject to availability) – so no waiting for a new term, and each swimmer can progress at their own pace.
This ensures seamless and efficient progression through the programme, getting swimmers more competent and confident much quicker!
Upskilled Teachers: The SPORTSCO team of swimming teachers will continue teaching under the management of TLE, as well as the addition of a few new faces! The teachers will undergo comprehensive training to deliver the programmes in a more modern and effective manner, which will enable them to provide personalised instruction tailored to individual needs, fostering a supportive learning environment where your child will thrive.
