A very special concert as part of the All in a row charity events will get under way at 8pm this evening in St. Patrick’s Church. Since early afternoon the sound stage has been set up and the troupe is going through the tests and preparations.
400 tickets have been sold, all for a good cause. “It’s part of the rowing clubs initiative All in a row. And we are happy that Dublin Port as sponsor made it possible for Phelim and friends to play here tonight.” So Richie Nolan from Phoenix Rowing Club who sparked the idea about 3 months ago.
The concert is sold out and will begin at 8pm, and let’s just say, every one who got a ticket for €10 will enjoy an evening with music from The Dubliners, folksongs, Blues and one very special guest.
All the money raised from ticket sales and surplus donations will go to the RNLI and Irish Underwater Search and Rescue Unit.
